Experience the perfect blend of freshness and fabulousness! A true gem, this place offers an adorable atmosphere paired with cleanliness and the freshest culinary delights. Don't miss out on the pimento grilled cheese and tomato bisque – a must-try! It's destined to become a regular in my dining rotation.
Stopped in for an early morning breakfast. I wish I would have taken a better picture, but I was preoccupied with the color of the lox. I thought they made a mistake and put some raw steak on it instead. I went ahead and gave it a try and it was delicious. I asked the lady why it was so red. She said they cure it in house and one of the ingredients was beets. The place is clean. The staff is really nice and friendly. Really good option for breakfast if you are not in the mood for a hotel continental or fast food breakfast.
Great new lunch spot! Salmon salad was one of the best ever. Burger was top notch too. However - quick warning… if you order at the counter, you can tip any amount. But if the waiter brings something to the table, they are very sneaky, and hit the 20% tip button before they bring the food to you. The blond girl did it twice to us. Good for her, as she is making tons of cash with her scheme. But not very honest.
Very cute place to stop in for lunch or grab a little something sweet! The burger was excellent and chicken salad fresh.
i have been to larder before but online picking up an online order - this would be my first time dining in. the restaurant took over a former fast food place and turned into a gourmet market eatery. they have a limited supply of sandwiches as well as fresh salads ti choose from. we ordered the citrus shrimp pitas as well as salad trio - you can pick any three salads and i choose greek salad, chickpea salad and couscous. i also got a slice of the veggie quiche overall the food was good - with the quiche being the highlight - and the portion size was also very good. the price was a bit higher than expected ($16 for the salad trio) but you did get a big portion size
Wish this place never sold to BRG. Large company cutting corners ruined what used to be great. Used to be a favorite but after today we won’t be going back. I always only have ever gotten the shrimp gyro & my side always potato salad. Under new ownership no more side & my gyro was bland with soggy lettuce & HUGE cube size feta dripping in sauce. Under the old owners my gyro had these fancy micro green toppings, plump shrimp & prefect amount of sauce and crumbled feta. My daughters Turkey BLT had bugs in it. My lemonade tasted more like water with bottled lemon juice. A waste of $44.71. We were offered a new a new sandwich but did not have the stomach to consume anything else from there. Had to go purchase lunch from a place near by (Tswirl). Wish the old owner would come back. BRG stop cutting corners, bring back how the food used to be prepared. Try GriGri’s off magazine instead of this place.
On Point. From the service the the ambiance to the food. Hands down the best version of grits I've had. The pork was melt in your mouth, the glaze delicious, the onion straws salty with that little bit of crunch, and the grits creamy and cheesy. Delicious! All I wanted was more of the sauce from the pork.
Pricing is a bit on the high side but you get what you pay for. As a NYer it's a bit funny to see a BEC (bacon egg and cheese) for $9. But the fact that it is on the proper toasted kaiser roll in LA makes me happy.
10/10 would come again. Thank you for a wonderful foodie experience!
Went to larder today for the first time. On the weekends it’s brunch and I must say I really enjoyed everything. The customer service was amazing, the counter person guided me through the menu and I ended up getting the larder breakfast. I would’ve taken pictures but I ate it up as soon as it came out! The manager she stopped at my table to make sure I was enjoying everything. I will be back!
